I'm Nazar Zubyak. I've spent 15+ years building software for banks, national brands and SaaS companies, and leading engineering teams that use AI every day. I live in Forest, and I build for businesses across Lambton and Middlesex: tested, secure and maintained.

Straight answers
What does it cost?
Single automations start at $1,000, AI inquiry assistants at $1,500 plus a monthly plan, and new websites at $3,000. Every project gets a fixed quote before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
Do I have to change the software I use?
No. We connect the tools you already have, like Gmail, Outlook, QuickBooks, Jobber or HubSpot. If something is missing, we recommend the simplest option.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Assistants answer only from information you approve, say that they are AI, and hand anything uncertain to a person. Until a system has proven itself, a human checks anything that goes to customers or touches money.
Is my data safe?
Accounts, data and websites stay in your name. We collect only what is needed, follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), and never put patient health information into general AI tools.
How long does a project take?
A single automation is usually live in 1 to 2 weeks, an inquiry assistant in 2 to 3 weeks, and a new website in 3 to 5 weeks.
Do you only work locally?
We are based in Forest and work on site across Lambton and Middlesex, about 70 km in every direction. Remote clients elsewhere in Ontario are welcome too.
